I was never committed to an exercise program prior to coming to WABC, and now 6 1/2 years later and I want to go as often as my schedule permits. I feel bad when I CAN’T go. The best part is it’s different and challenging every day. We are always pushed beyond what we think we can do. It’s so satisfying every time we’re done!
Boot Camp has been life changing for me, and I feel so good about the shape my body is in! I’m very strong and my endurance amazes me sometimes. I’ve even competed in several mud runs and got introduced to a whole new way of exercising.
Carla gives the attention of a personal trainer in a group environment that consists of wonderful women that I might never have met if it weren’t for boot camp! Her constant motivation would help anyone who wants to be pushed to try harder and be committed to an exercise routine.
I was nervous to go at first but was pleasantly surprised – it’s challenging, yes, but so worth it!
